Kotobukiya: Marvel Bishoujo ELEKTRA

When I first saw this kit being previewed.... I immediately knew I want this kit. I have personally seen some Kotabukiya Bishoujo kits of Jean Grey in her "JimLee Version" uniform and Wonder Woman. I was impressed - the anime|manga look & rendition just simply overwrites the western drawn images of those characters in my mind. In it, they became more feminine (probably because less of the mus-cles, and more on the curve that befit a woman :D). Although they are great addition to any collection, -just did not draw much from me to go and buy one.... until ELEKTRA came along.


First sight - I was floored.... I love the way the Asian feel for this character was very much captured on the figure. Plus the curves, and the face (gotta love that pretty face -looks pretty close like my wife :D - shes that pretty really)  - I really have to get this kit.


That was around November of 2011, When I checked, the kit is to be released on March of the next year, so I have to wait for around 4 to 5 months before its delivered at my doorstep.

Forward to March, when my supplier texted me and said that its here already.... well... F*GK! I cnt wait, so I took off and personally went to take it from his shop, lest someone might get there and convince him to sell it to them instead for a higher price.... you know this businessmen. :D.

I'm kidding,... It was delivered to me the next day, and yes I was very happy with it. It came with my order also of the Macross VF-25F Messiah Valkyrie Alto Type kit from Bandai and the Anaklusmos from MC.

Nyways'... got the kit, unboxed it - boy I really know I got my moneys worth with this ... beautiful sculpt and the dio that comes with it just rocks....
